Adult Cycling Program

Club Racer 2017/2018

Hello Club Racers!

You may not know this but we are the longest running indoor cycling program in Calgary dating back to 1998, that’s 20 years!

Thank you to the members who were part of the past the present and our future Club Racer athletes who continue to strive for success in cycling!

The Canadian Sport Institute (CSI) Calgary is looking forward to providing another great year of cycling programs for individuals who are serious about training!

Details: The Adult Cycling Program is an indoor training program designed for the mature athlete interested in developing cycling skills and improving their general fitness. On their own bikes, participants learn how to pedal efficiently and train in heart rate and power zones to achieve their individual cycling goals. This competitive but “at your own pace” atmosphere builds efficiencies that can be transferred to the road. It takes a special kind of coach to motivate the seasoned cyclist, and our certified coaches will lead athletes through a fun and social 22-week program.

•20 Spots available using Computrainers, trainers and rollers
• Flexible training – join any or all of the weekly sessions
• Baseline FTP testing
• Rollers available to maintain and develop efficient pedaling technique

• Secure bike storage – no need to take them home!
