ACD coaches critically consider, integrate and apply course content to their unique coaching context. Every week, coaches reflect on and discuss expert content in our classroom. Our distance learners drive conversations with the same intensity as their in-class peers by utilizing technology, thus maximizing the learning opportunity. Coaches lead and drive the application of ACD learning in their training and competition environments. Because of the way we've crafted the community, coaches feel responsible and empowered to expand their learning.
