Isabel Aldrich-Witt MSc.PT, CSCS

Physiotherapist

Isabel (Izzy) completed her MSc. in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.

She previously worked on the Knee Team at the University of Alberta’s Glen Sather Sport Medicine Clinic, was a facilitator for their Functional Agility and Strength Training (F.A.S.T) Knee Program and provided performance rehabilitations services. Izzy has a special interest in knee/ACL, hip/groin and tendon rehabilitation that stems from a background in personal training/coaching.

She is the Return to Performance (R2P Code) Lead at CSI Calgary and also currently works with Biathlon Canada’s National Team and Freestyle Canada’s Halfpipe’s NextGen Team. She is hoping to start her Masters/PhD in September with Matt Jordan and Walter Herzog through the University of Calgary

When not working, Izzy enjoys Olympic lifting, running (in the summer), reading, traveling, and generally being as active as possible.
