Shelby Wogsberg MScPT, BSc
Shelby graduated from the University of Alberta in 2017 with a Master of Science in physical therapy. Shelby is highly driven and is inspired every day to be the best therapist she can be, so that her athletes can be the best that they can be.
Shelby’s expertise includes orthopedic assessment and treatment, IMS dry needling, sports physiotherapy, K-taping, and soft tissue release. In addition to working with Olympic athletes, Shelby has worked with marathon runners and AAA midget hockey players.
In her spare time, Shelby enjoys finding opportunities where she can further her skills and knowledge. This often means enrolling in postgraduate courses. Fun Fact: Shelby herself is still a competitive athlete, currently training and competing in Ironman events.
