ARC Resources Ltd. Inspiring Excellence Scholarship

The ARC Resources Inspiring Excellence Scholarship is in partnership with the Canadian Sport Institute, and consists of three $5,000 scholarships annually. Our goal is to inspire excellence by enhancing academic and athletic opportunities available to student athletes. The purpose of the scholarship is to lower financial barriers and enable student athletes to reach their full potential while also being strong and valuable members of the community.

RBC Olympians 

This program provides elite athletes with the opportunity to gain valuable career experience alongside a flexible work schedule. RBC is looking for both summer and winter athletes. Previous Olympic or Paralympic Games experience and/or international competition results will be taken into consideration as well as experience with engaging youth in sport.

Eligibility for the RBC Olympians Program is as follows:

• Must be one of the three following:

  1. A currently competing, Sport Canada AAP carded Olympic or Paralympic athlete, or a future Olympic or Paralympic hopeful
  2. A non-carded athlete with a letter of recommendation from their NSF
  3. A recently retired Olympic or Paralympic athlete who has not been retired from sport for more than two years at the time of applying

Screening and interviews will be completed through the month of July*, and hiring selections will be finalized by mid-August 2015.
