Incremental Lactate Test establishes your lactate proﬁle as exercise intensity increases.This test is submaximal in nature and is used to help you establish your training zones, determine thresholds, and track training progression.
Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) & Power (MAP) Test establishes your highest running speed or power output. This data will help build the complete lactate proﬁle and training zone information when conducted in conjunction with the Incremental Lactate Test.

Maximal Oxygen Consumption (VO2 max) is the ‘gold standard’ assessment for cardiorespiratory and endurance capacity as it reflects the efficiency of integrated physiological systems. This test directly measures oxygen consumption and provides information used to determine ﬁtness level, aerobic and anaerobic thresholds, and training zones.
Body Composition assesses any changes in the physical status occurring as a result of sport training, nutrition, health status, general growth, and maturation. Assessments may include: height, weight, girths, and skinfold measures.
