Manager, Athlete Experience & Game Plan Advisor

Amy completed her Kinesiology degree from the University of Lethbridge while playing hockey for the Pronghorns. The tools she gained through being an elite athlete and having a passion for sport is what makes her a valued team member.

Amy has worked a variety of different roles within Sport and Recreation. Prior to joining CSIAB in 2015, she worked in the Recreation and Culture department at the City of Lethbridge, as well as with the Lethbridge Sport Council. Amy is responsible for creating a positive experience for all athletes that promotes world class services and expertise. It includes a collaborative approach to servicing the whole athlete and ensures an athlete first approach. Amy is also the Game Plan Advisor for Alberta athletes, helping them through different transitions within sport and life.

Originally from Brandon Manitoba Amy coaches for Girls Hockey Calgary, has volunteered for a number of sporting event and boards, and plays a variety of recreational sports including, hockey, ball hockey, and slow pitch. She has a passion for giving back to her community and keeping female athletes in sport
