Nicole Wakulich  BKin

Medical Coordinator

Nicole graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Kinesiology with distinction and an embedded certificate in leadership studies. Throughout her University degree, she was a swimming coach.

Nicole has always had a passion for sport, playing competitive soccer throughout her athletic career. After sustaining a career-ending injury, she developed a keen interest in evidence-based injury prevention and rehabilitation measures and comprehensive, multimodal assessments for high-risk athletes. This led Nicole to Kinesiology and employment at Benson Concussion Institute (BCI) in 2019. Her experience at BCI led to a job at CSIAB, coordinating concussion baseline testing and concussion care for high-risk athletes. In addition, Nicole coordinates all medical care and medical intakes CSIAB athletes.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains, yoga, swimming, and spending time with her family and (way too adorable) rescue dogs and cat, Arie, Taz, and Mouse.
